INTERIM WAGE ORDER

COURT TO ANNOUNCE PROCEDURE (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON. May 22. The procedure the Arbitration Court proposes to follow before determining whether an interim general wage order will be made will be announced by Mr Justice Tyndall to-morrow morning. An announcement to this effect was made by Mr Justice Tyndall in the Arbitration Court this morning. He said: “I propose to make a statement at 10.30 to-morrow morning announcing the procedure the Court proposes to follow before determining whether or not an interim genera, order will be made by the Court pursuant to Amendment No. 1 of the Economic Stabilisation Regulations which was notified in Friday’s ‘Gazette.’ ”
