Jenk'n<? to avoid fu r ther litigation and expense by submitting herself, her husband, and the child known as Nola Jenkins to blood tests. Mrs Mo’rison is prepared to accept the result of blood tests as final and conclusive. Mrs Morrison believes that a mictake was made at the Kyneton District Hospital nearb- five >’ears ago, and that Mr and Mrc Jenkins have her baby, while a girl known as Johanne Lo° Morrison is In previous litigation culminating in the Australian High Court.
