FLOOD DANGER IN WINNIPEG
(Rev. 7 p.m.) OTTAWA, May 21. 1 The flood waters in Winnipeg appear to have reached their limit, and the level of the Red river has remained unchanged for the last 24 hours. For all danger to be removed, however, the level of the river must fall five feet. Federal aid for the rehabilitation of the city is under way, and measures to prevent a recurrence of the flood I will be undertaken. I
