FORECAST BY HIGH COMMISSIONER “FRIENDLIER RELATIONS” BERLIN, May 21. Forecasting a further drastic cut in staff. General Robertson said that in the near future all the British staff will be concentrated round the British headquarters in Wahn, 16 miles from the German Federal capital of Bonn.
