, Shortage of Spare Parts.— Because it is thought there will probably be an acute shortage of spare parts for American tractors and farm machinery, the agricultural section of the North Canterbury district of Federated Farmers decided yesterday to ask the Dominion Agricultural Council to take all possible action to avoid any hold-up in farming operations through plant ’'eing idle.
