NEW ZEALAND AND ITALY

NEW DIPLOMATIC RELATIONSHIP

CONSUL IN WELLINGTON \ TO BE MINISTER

From Our Own Reporter WELLINGTON, April 19. Direct diplomatic relations are to be established between New Zealand and Italy.
