COMPLETE AMENDMENT TO BE MADE (New Zealand Press Association) • WELLINGTON, February 15. The Government had approved of a proposal to revise the New Zealand Companies Act, 1933, said the Minister of Stamp Duties (Mr C. M Bowden) to-day. It was felt a complete amendment should be made to bring the act into line with the recent English act. The revision committee would consist of representatives of the New Zealand Law Society, the Society of Accountants, and a representative of the Registrar of Companies. LONDON MINING QUOTATIONS (N.Z.
