CAPE TOWN, February 6. The Australian cricketers secured their twelfth first-class victory of the South African tour to-day, when they dismissed North-East Transvaal for 73 and 100. The Australians won by an innings and 165 runs. When North-east Transvaal followed on. the team was 265 behind, and was in a hopeless position.

Dr. Schacht.— Dr. Hjalmar Schacht, the former president of the German Reichbank and Finance Minister under Hitler, has established a • financial newsletter service, through which he offers to give British and other foreign firms advice about investments in Germany.
