SCHOOL CADET CAMPS

SERIES AT BURNHAM In the next few weeks a series of school cadet unit camps will be held at Burnham. The first school to reach Burnham will be Otago Boys’ High, with a contingent of 11 officers and 330 other ranks, which will be in camp from February 13 to 20. Other school units to follow Otago Boys’ High School will be (dates representing actual working days):—St. Bede’s College, 10 officers and 335 ether ranks, February 19 to 24; King’s High School (Dunedin), 11 officers and 350 other ranks. February 21 to 28: Papanui Technical College, four officers and 248 other ranks. March 1 to 6; Waitaki Boys’ High School (Oamaru). 11 officers and 470 other ranks, March 4to 11; St. Patrick’s College (Timaru), 60 other ranks, March 12 to 17. Each of the camps will be run by the respective schools under their own arrangements.
