BRITAIN SAID TO HAVE PLEDGED SUPPORT (Rec. 11 p.m.) LONDON, February 4. The Paris correspondent of the Associated Press says that the British Foreign Secretary (Mr Ernest Bevin) has promised the French ActingForeign Minister (Mr Pierre Schneiter) that Britain will soon recognise the French-sponsored Bao Dai regime in Indo-China. Hungary, Poland, Rumania, and Czechoslovakia have decided to establish diplomatic relations with the rebel Ho Chi-minh Government in Indo-China.
