Sir, —I, too, with a sad heart, agree with “One Who is Thankful to Him” ’in deploring that so great a surgeon as Mr M. A. Falconer should leave New Zealand. Could not something be done to keep him here? The many sick who have been cured by him will cry out against the departure of so great a man.—Yours, etc., GRATEFUL TO HIM. Kaiapoi, January 30, 1950.
