WOMEN’S DIVISION OF FEDERATED FARMERS
Papanui-Waimairi.—The fifteenth birthday of the Papanui-Waimairi branch of the Women's Division of Federated Farmers was celebrated recently. During the afternoon musical items were given by Mesdames Whitworth, Lawrence, and Miss O’Rourke, and recitations were presented by Mrs Gee. Members of the branch contributed towards the programme with group items. The birthday cake given by Mrs Coombes was cut by Mrs Colin Mclntosh.
