ALLEGED BALKAN PLOTTING
JUGOSLAVIA ACCUSES RUMANIA (Rec. 8.30 p.m.) BELGRADE. Oct. 15. Jugoslavia formally accused Rumania to-night of “attempting to provoke armed incidents and unrest” in the Balkans. The charge was contained in a Note handed to the Rumanian Legation in reply to Rumania’s recent denunciation of her 20-year treaty of friendship with Jugoslavia. The Note was similar to recent Jugoslav replies to Hungary and Bulgaria. ,
