MINOR FIRES
Slight damage was done by fire to the contents of a detached shed, near a house at 19 Holland street, Shirley occupied by Mr Stanley Wilfred Odering. yesterday afternoon. The Christchurch Fire Brigade received the cal] a* 1.37 p.m. A call to a chimney fire at a house at 429 Selwyn street, occupied by Violet Atkinson, was received at 10.43 a.m. No damage was done.
