GREEK COURT WINS CUP (New Zealand Press Association.) WANGANUI, July 31. The Rangitikei Hunt Club’s meeting was held on the Marton Racecourse on Saturday before a large attendance. After rain the previous evening the track, including the steeplechase course, was heavy, with some casual water near the three furlongs post. The weather was fine early, but rain fell after the fifth race. The totalisator turnover was £39,641, compared with £33,024 10s last year, an increase of £6616 10s. Precious Metal, in the Otairi Bracelet, returned a win dividend of more than three score. Diplomacy and Cheerful Night paid double-figure win dividends, and Lord Kenneth double figures for a place in the Closeburn Maiden.
