Dalmi, the Indian millionaire industrialist, announced that he would fully back the World Federal Government movement if he considered it capable of fulfilling its purpose Mr Dalmi. who is on his way to attend the congress of the movement in Luxembourg, said he would launch his own movement for a oneworld government if the congress had not enough power to succeed.
