CHIMNEY FIRES

The Central Fire Brigade received four calls to chimney fires yesterday. The first, at 9.5 a.m., was to 97 Moorhouse avenue, occupied by Mr Douglas second to 3 Aynsley street (Mr William Warman), at 12.52 p.m another to 237 Hereford street (Kathleen May Stuart), at 2.51 o’clock, and the fourth to'2l Gloucester street (Violet.Wardell), at 6.45 o’clock.
