TAXI LICENSING CASE

(P.A.) WELLINGTON. July 15. In a judgment delivered to-day, the Full Court dismissed plaintiff’s claim for certiorari with costs in the case of Terrill versus Frazer (former Transport Appeal Authority) and Baker (Director of Rehabilitation). The judgment of the Court held that a licensing authority was entitled to hear representatives of the Rehabilitation Department when dealing with applications for the approval of the transfer of taxi licences.
