STATE BUILDING STRIKERS
VOTE FOR RETURN TO WORK
(Rec. 8 p.m.) LONDON, March 20. Tire striking Government engineers, stokers, and liftmen have voted to return to work to-morrow night, provided troops are removed from stoking duties by midnight to-night. The strikers also made as a condition for returning to work a Government inquiry into the cause of their dispute and the reopening of wage negotiations. The men are employed at Buckingham Palace, Parliament, and Government Ministry offices.
