After the union has given its opinion negotiations between the Government and the federation will be resumed. Tn connexion with the power dispute. it was advised to-day that no Analitv had been reached regarding a reported offer by the Government to appoint a tribunal to determine the trouble, and that further discussions w iU probably be necessary after the proposal has been referred to the feneakino branch.
