RATION EXHAUSTED (P.A.) GISBORNE. March 15. Having already exhausted 'his month’s petrol ration of 25 gallons for parish services, the Vicar of Waipiro Bay (the Rev. W. G. These include religious instruction in schools, confirmations, baptisms hospital visits, sick and deathbed cells, funerals, and weddings. It will also be necessary to curtail church services.

/ Basic quotas for country users of petrol include allowances of 15 gallons a month for union organisers and secretaries of political organisations. Country clergymen receive 25 gallons, on the same basis as commercial travellers and salesmen. Country members of Parliament receive 30 gallons and country doctors 50 gallons.
