PRISONER CHANGES PLEA
Alan Edwin Brown, aged 31, a carpenter, who had pleaded not guilty in the Magistrate’s Court to a charge of obtaining £32 Ils from Horace Dyer by falsely representing that a cheque for £6O was valid, and who was committed to the Supreme Court for trial, altered his plea to one of guilty when he appeared before Mr Justice Fleming yesterday. He was remanded for sentence.
