Russian Plane Drops Bomb.—“A Russian aeroplane dropped a bomb near the Matzen railway station, in lower Austria, on September 29 killing a women and injuring her husband.” says the Vienna correspondent of the Associated Press, quoting an Austrian Government official. “The explosion also destroyed one house and damaged others.
