NO SPONSOR FOUND FOR MOTION
(Rec. 10 p.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 29. The International Peasant Union, represented in New York by the former Prime Minister of Hungary (Mr Ferenc Nagy) and a group of exiled eastern European opposition party members, has failed in its efforts to persuade a United Nations member to sponsor its sweeping indictment of the Soviet and its satellites hnd its Suggestion that the General Assembly £lace the eastern European and Balan countries under international control.
Both Argentina and Cuba had considered placing the proposal on the Assembly’s agenda, but decided against
