Property in Czechoslovakia.— All persons or corporations domiciled abroad are required by legislation recently adopted in Czechoslovakia to declare property there for the purposes of property taxes. Declarations must be made of both real and moveable property, estates, buildings, bank accounts, stores, equipment, machinery, etc., and also of rights or privileges in. so far as their legal or economic results may affect Czechoslovakia. Declarations are to be made on special printed forms which can be obtained at Czechoslovak consular offices to which forms should be returned after completion.—(P.A.)
