MR CHURCHILL BLAMES RUSSIA
LONDON, September 28. “There can be no doubt that the prime responsibility for the murder of the Bulgarian patriot, Mr Petkov, lies with the Government of Russia,” said Mr Churchill in a speech in London. “It is doubtless intended to be a lesson to various countries which are falling into the Soviet grip of what will be the fate of any public figures, no matter how honourable, who venture to oppose by constitutional means the puppets Russia has erected.”
