Sir, —In Sydenham this afternoon one girl went into the Post Office to avoid witnessing cruelty she could not prevent. When she came out a collie pup had had its neck wrung by a secondary school boy, in front of another girl of 12. Who is to blame?— Yours, etc.. - HOW PREVENT CRUELTY? September 26, 1947.
