ARRIVAL DELAYED
NEW TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS <P.A.) AUCKLAND, September 28. The transport Kanimbla, with 250 members of the rear party of the first relief draft sent from New Zealand to Japan, will now arrive at Auckland at about midnight to-morrow night, instead of at 6 p.m. The ship signalled to-night that she would be about six hours late. The arrangements announced on Saturday for disembarkation of men and women on board have been cancelled. New arrangements will be completed to-morrow. However, it has been decided that no troops will be disembarked to-morrow night. They will not be allowed ashore until Tuesday. Parties for the South Island and tor southern districts of the North Island will leave Auckland by train at 3 p.m. on Tuesday. Those for Nelson and Marlborough will travel by way of Pictcn, and those for the West Coast by way of Lyttelton.
