“SHOULD PASS WITHIN TWO YEARS ” (Rec. 11 p.m.) MELBOURNE, Sept. 5. He is returning to England after a three weeks’ stay in Australia. He said that the crisis, which would have widespread effects throughout the Dominions, was so severe that the British Government should drop controversial political issues, such as nationalisation, and concentrate on economic recovery.
