MAN ACCUSED OF INDECENT ASSAULT

Five witnesses gave evidence for the prosecution and three for the defence when Harry Leonard Lloyd, aged 33. a hairdresser, appeared before Mr Justice Fleming in the Supreme Court yesterday, on two charges of indecent assault on males, to which he pleaded not guilty. Mr A. T. Donnelly appeared for the Crown and the accused was represented by Mf JU A. Young.

After a retirement of 25 minutes the jury returned a verdict of not guilty on both counts and Lloyd was discharged.
