CONFERENCE OF WOOLBROKERS
SECOND ANNUAL MEETING Nearly 100 members of the New Zealand Woolbrokers’ Association from all parts of the Dominion are at present attending the second annual conference of the organisation at Christchurch. The opening address was given by the president (Mr C. S. Trotter, of Hawera). Mr A. L. Matson, president of the Christchurch Woolbrokers’ Association, was, elected chairman of the conference, and Mr G. Francis deputychairman. The conference will continue until to-morrow. This afternoon delegates will visit Canterbury Agricultural College, Lincoln.
