APPEALS DISMISSED

(P.A.) WANGANUI, June iff. The Wanganui District Committee to-day dismissed the appeal of the trainer, W. McEwan, and the jockey, K. C. Guyton, against the disqualification imposed on them by the judicial committee of the Foxton Racing Club, and ordered the deposit to be forfeited. McEwan and Guyton were charged at Foxton on May 24, under rule 282, with not running Albino on its merits in the Whirokino Hack and Hunters’ Steeples.
