SATURDAY CLOSING
Sir,—l would suggest Saturday holidays for all business people, both proprietors and assistants, in Sumner as well as elsewhere. One should not be favoured more than the other, as noticed on Saturdays when races or other major snorts are held and the nroprietor is absent. Some people want their cake, but I notice they don’t eat it too; in fact, it grows larger at the expense of others whom they would deny their just rights and enjoyments of life.—Yours, etc.. EQUALITY. March 19, 1947.
