Fine fields are carded, and provision has been made for two divisions in the Henderson Handicap. Keen interest is being taken in the meeting of Doctor Ted and Sprayman in the two mam races, the Fergusson Handicap and the Papatoetoe Handicap. As the former is bracketed with Bonnie Jack and Bexley’s Pride, the combination’ is likely to be most in demand. Horses . expected to be well supported include:— 11 a.m.—lnnovation Handicap: Eaton, Swordsman’s*- Triumph, Keen Blade. 11.50 a.m.—Devonport Handicap: Jack Irvine, Parrish Jewel, Fillmore. 12.40 p.m.—Franklin Handicap: Jackie Boy, Lone Raider, Noble de Oro. 1.30 p.m.—Fergusson Handicap: Doctor Ted, Sprayman, Portadown. 2.20 p.m.—Whitford Handicap: Keen Blade, Vindictive Lady, Nero. 3.10 p.m.—March Handicap: Caledonian Gold, Black Machine, Captain Gaillard. 4 p.m.—Henderson Handicap: First Division—Lone Raider, Lady Spray, Whanako.
