(Rec. 9 p.m.) LONDON, January 16. “Several thousand ragged, halfstarved Annamese, Chinese, and Indians who have been ' trapped in Hanoi’s native quarter trekked out through barbed wire and street barricades during a French and Viet Nam truce arranged for them,” says Reuter’s Hanoi, correspondent. “Artillery and smallarms fire still sounded elsewhere in the city during the truce. “The French authorities have imposed a blind censorship on press dispatches under which a correspondent does not know what is deleted or whether messages are delayed. Officials said the censorship was necessary for the security of future military operations.” KING OF DENMARK INDISPOSED (Rec. 7 p.m.) LONDON, January 15. King Christian of Denmark, according to a bulletin issued in Copenhagen, has had a cold, and is now suffering from slight inflammation of the lung, although his general condition is good.
