NEW PERUVIAN CABINET
LEFTISTS REFUSE TO PARTICIPATE (Rec. 10 p.m.) LIMA, January 12. The President of Peru (Mr Jose Bustamente Rivero) swore in the new Cabinet, with a naval captain, Jose Alzmora, as Premier. The last Cabinet resigned a week ago on the assassination of Mr Francisco Grana Garland, president and editor pf the newspaper ‘‘La Prensa.” The Leftist Aprista Party refused to participate in the new Cabinet, which is evenly divided between civilians and service officers.
