Sir, —l read in to-day’s paper that a baby jn a pram lost and found; and nobody seemed to know how it happened. FuHrtily enough, I saw a baby in a pram blown down a street' and over a crossing. I had to run hard to catch up to it. People would be wisely advised to take their babies into the shop with them. It. Would be terrible if an accident happened.— Yours, etc., S M. C. MARSHALL.
