INDIAN NATIONAL ARMY
(Rec. 11 p.m.) BOMBAY, Sept. 22. Lahore was startled when the Indian National Army Headquarters announced that a telegram had been received saying Subhas Chandra Bose, former leader of the army, had arrived in Peshawar. The telegram is reported to have emanated from a reliable political source, but the Premier of the Punjab doubted its authenticity.
