Ist Unity Party in the Soviet zone of Germany, through its Berlin newspaper, suggests that “camouflaged Nazis" might be among the 24,000 independents who won seats in the British zone elections. The newspaper asks: “Who is behind these Independents?”—Berlin, September 18.
