PEACE CONFERENCE
SOVIET ATTACK ON U.S. AND BRITAIN
(Rec. 12.15 a.m.) MOSCOW, Sept. 16. The Tass Official News Agency alleged that British and American delegations at the Peace Conference were using the Dominions and some South American republics as agents to cir-< cumvent clauses agreed to by the Big Four which Britain and America now found awkward. Numerous amendments, particularly those Australia submitted, referred to treaty clauses to which Britain and America had consented as concessions to Russia’s demands.
