COMPLAINTS OF U.S. TREATMENT
(Rec. 7.30 p.m.) BELGRADE, Sept. 15. The newspapers pflblish interviews with Jugoslav seamen sent to man the Danube shipping which at present is in dispute between America and Jugoslavia. The seamen said that the Americans arrested, ill-treated, and humiliated them.
