STOCK EXCHANGES INCREASED TURNOVER REPORTED There was an increased turnover on the Christchurch Stock Exchange yesterday, and business was well spread, with activity in some industrials. There was strong buying support in most sections of the market and price levels generally were well maintained. In the banking section, sellers were more in evidence than buyers.
