Extensions at Boys' High School In announcing that plans for the extension of a west wing to the Christchurch Boys' High School were being drawn up, Mr J. H. E. Schroder, chairman of the Canterbury University College Council, at the school's prize-giving ceremony last evening, said that the Education Department, after ceaseless importunities, had agreed that the time had come to draw the plans. 'Very often, when the department does these things, it means something," Mr Schroder said. "I can only hope that this is one of the occasions when what the department has done means something."
