R. Chesterman, Kanieri, Hokitika; previously reported missing over Hungary, now presumed dead. Greater love hath no man. PAYNE—4669I7 Private William James, dearly beloved husband of Irene Alice Payne. 26 Bidweil street, Timaru, and lather of John and Beverley; killed m action at Cassino, March 21, 1944; aged 41 years. A loving pal. Deeply missed. IN MEMORIAM. BOSWELL—In loving memory of Private Cameron Boswell, killed in Italy, September 22, 1944, Always remembered: not only to-day, but every day. —lnserted by his loved ones.
