SUPPLIES OF PENICILLIN

Sir,—ln “The Press” of Saturday the Hon. A. H. Nordmeyer stated that penicillin is still in short supply. Will the Minister of Health explain why the offer of supplies of sodium penicillin from America was refused, as stated in “The Press” of July 19? I would prefer sodium penicillin to none at all. —Yours, etc., CHRONIC SUFFERER. August 6, 1945. [This letter was submitted to the Minister of Health, but no reply has been received. —Ed., “The Press."!
