INSURANCE POLICIES
Sir, —I see Australia is about to take over the unweaving of the labyrinth of protective conditions inserted by insurance companies from time immemorial. Insurance companies are indeed vested interests when they have in their power solely to say what terms shall be accepted in matters affecting the people as a whole. An overhaul of these terras is long overdue here. I suggest the existing type of policy for all classes of insurance be handed to the Law Revision Committee for the settling of a form conformable to equitable dealing and not to the harsh terms of higher dividend seekers. —Yours, gtc • ■’ EQUITY.
