CHRISTCHURCH CLUB The Christchurch Golf Club played a four-ball Stableford aggregate at Shirley on Saturday. The best cards were:— G. A. Hunter and E. J. Pumphrey 86, J. H. Mortlock and L. Cameron (18), each scored 33 points. HAGLEY CLUB The best scores in a Stableford bogey competition held at Hagley Park on Saturday were:— , _ L. S. Ayers (handicap 7) 29 points, B. Brueton (11) 24, H. C. Hooper (14) 24, E. G. Mitchell (15) 23. In the second round of the Summers Cup, C. L. Crowley and Mrs E. Vaughan beat F. Piper and Mrs A. C. Brasslngton, 5 and 4; W. Purdie and Mrs E. Clark beat J. Spence and Mrs H. M. Wilson, 3 and 1; T. James and Miss B. Stewart beat R..8. Smythe and Mrs J. G. Johnston, 5 and 4; B. Brueton and Mrs Brueton beat J. H.
