Leave Christchurch for Timaru. 7.50 am--6.0 am., and 5.50 p.m. Arrive Christchurch from Timaru, U.X3 am.. 8.23 pm., and 8.55 pm Octogenarian Angler Honoured.— Mr Joe Wain, one of the pioneer hutholders at the Rangitata fishing reserve, was presented by fellow hut-holders with a pipe on the occasion of his eighty-second birthday anniversary. The presentation was made by Mr W. H. McMillan, who said that, in spite of his years. Mr Wain was one of the most successful and active anglers for both trout and salmon at the Rangitata mouth.
