USE OF COUPONS IN NEW BOOKS

The special Y1 coupon used for butter purchases last week when the rationing scheme was announced is no longer available. The first four tea and sugar coupons in the new books can now be used. They will expire on November 28. The special Y2 coupon is available for the purchase of the extra allowance of sugar for japi making.
