Powers of Attorney.—Regulations were gazetted last night designed to allow servicemen outside New Zealand to execute powers of attorney, even if they are minors under the age of 21. The present law stipulates that a minor cannot execute a power of attorney, but the new regulations amend this for servicemen over- 1 seas. —(P.A.)
